FAQ

Who can apply to attend Source Canada?

Source Canada is open to Canadian-owned or Canadian-headquartered companies only. We’re curating a room of builders and buyers who are aligned with the mission: helping Canadian enterprises discover and adopt homegrown technology.

If you’re a Canadian tech company ready to sell into enterprise—or a Canadian enterprise leader ready to meet the companies building here—this is for you.

Why do I need to apply?

This isn’t a general admission event. Every participant is reviewed to make sure the room is curated, relevant, and productive for everyone attending. We’re looking for alignment—not just interest.

Is there a fee to attend?

Yes. All approved attendees will be invited to register and purchase a ticket.

The cost to attend is $599 for startups and $999 for corporate buyers.

There are no complimentary passes unless you’re a sponsor, speaker, or otherwise invited.

Are international companies or subsidiaries eligible?

No. Source Canada is exclusively for companies that are headquartered in Canada.

This includes both tech companies and enterprise buyers. No branch plants, no foreign subsidiaries.

What’s the deadline to apply?

We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis and space is limited. Once the room is full, we’ll close applications.

If you’re serious about attending, apply early.

I’m applying as a buyer. What are you looking for?

We’re looking for enterprise and institutional buyers who are open to new procurement relationships with Canadian tech companies. You don’t need to make a deal on the spot—but you should come ready to explore real opportunities.

For the initial event we are focused on these sectors:

  1. Banks and financial services
  2. Technology
  3. Advanced Manufacturing
  4. Telecommunications
  5. Energy

What happens after I apply?

You’ll receive a confirmation that your application was submitted. If your application is accepted, we’ll follow up with next steps, including how to purchase your ticket and prepare for the event.
